Ask Gale

For many years the only chance of speaking to Gale was to meet her at a restaurant event or book signing. With this website, you can ask Gale a question from anywhere! Just email your questions to Gale at galegand@galegand.com. Gale will also be happy to answer a range of questions from basic food science (i.e. why does my pie crust not come together?), questions about her recipes, and "911 emergencies." Gale will try to answer as many questions as her schedule allows, and selected emails and responses will be posted on this page.
