Gale is offering Masters Classes at Elewa Farm! The dates and description of the classes are below. All classes listed below are 2013 classes and include a tour of the Elewa Farm Garden. Click here to Sign-up.

March 13 Spring Brunch Master Class 12:00 – 2:30 Spring Time is Brunch Time, whether it’s an Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day Brunch or just an easy way to get people together to share a meal. We’ll cook a full 3 course brunch plus a light cocktail together in the farm kitchen. Tasting at the end.

March 23 Easter Kids in the Kitchen 11:00 – 12:30 We’ll make 2 sweet Easter projects the kids can take home to celebrate the big day.

April 16-Spring Produce Master Class for Earth Day 12:00 – 2:30 We’ll make dishes with the first of the growing seasons bounty-peas, asparagus, ramps, chives, rhubarb and what ever else is popping up depending on the weather. Includes a tour of theElawaFarmGarden. Tasting at the end.

April 20-Kids in the Kitchen Earth Day  11:00 – 12:30 We’ll make 2 or 3 kitchen projects the kids can take home relating to spring and Earth Day.

May 8-Country French Desserts Master Class for Mother’s Day 12:00 – 2:30 Learn some “must know” French dessert classics such as Tart Tatin, Pate a Choux dough for Cream Puffs and Chocolate Mousse  and Madeleines.  Includes a tour of the Elawa Farm Garden. Tasting at the end.

May 11-Kids in the Kitchen Mother’s Day 11:00 – 12:30 Make 2 projects to take home to help your kids be a star on Mother’s Day.

June 1-Kids in the Kitchen  Summer Desserts 11:00 – 12:30 We’ll make a couple dessert projects in the kitchen the kids can take home using early summer fruits.

June 4-Just A Bite Master Class 12:00 – 2:30 Just a Bite, of appetizers and desserts that is. We’ll make a couple bite size appetizers and a couple miniature desserts perfect for summer entertaining.  Includes a tour of theElawaFarmGarden. Tasting at the end.
