I was thrilled when I heard this great news! Absolutely the best cooking show for desserts and baking that aired on TV. I do hope that one day these seasons will come out on DVD. Gale, is there any chance that this could happen? Please advise! Thanks!

Hi Gale! I first saw Sweet Dreams when I was 16. Ten years later...I am married and a stay at home mom. I cant bear to leave my boys to work outside of the home just yet. Baking is my new passion. You are such an amzing teacher. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, its helping me to pursue my dream of working in the home.

I was completely intimidated by "fancy" desserts before I became hooked on Gail's food network show. She made the science and creativity easy. I now not only make perfect ny cheesecake but I am now a culinary arts instructor teaching the things I remember her teaching me via tv. Thanks!
I watched Gale's Show this AM and she was making this holiday bread that she said was from italy/ switzerland, anyway I couldn't remember the name of it or pronounce it so I typed in the show name and wanted to get the recipe to make this wonderful bread, BUT I couln'd get into the show by name Sweet Dreams- name of show was festive breads. How do I get into these recipes and hers alone, I tried to do it and got everyone other Chef or person that is associated with the network, HELP-- I wnat to make this it had alot of egg yokes and citron and citrus fruit in it and sugared almonds, Please help me , I have several baskets to make for the holidays and this would be perfect But made into the smaller loafs, Can you help me, I really enjoyed her show and will watch it again that is for sure, Thanks for the time Hope that you can help me... Judy Davis
